Palm Road is the solo project of Charleston singer-songwriter Andrew Bosiack, emerging on the scene with inspired songs about life, death, love, and loss. Andrew will be playing songs from his debut album Of Thee I Sing, as well as new songs from his upcoming album All Matters Of Time, and some older standalone singles and covers. Steve's menu features a ton of local produce, with one course comprised entirely of vegetables from Spade and Clover farms! Hand made pasta, fresh flavors, a fun atmosphere with live music by special guests Salti Ray. 

PASTA COURSE: $12 each
Ricotta gnocchi, chanterelle mushrooms, Pete's sweet onions, petite peas, fresh herbs.
Cavatelli, octopus, n'duja, pistachio and lime.

SPADE AND CLOVER Chilled Summer Vegetables: $8
Chinese purple long beans, yellow wax beans, dragon's tongue beans, purple potato, yellow cucumber, daikon radish, benne. Buttermilk & chive dressing.

7pm:  Salti Ray is an indie rock/alternative rock band from the state of South Carolina consisting of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Mary Norris, lead guitarist Noelle Taylor,  and drummer Josh Smith.

Here's how:

$20 deposit to participate- REFUNDED when you drop goods.
Participants must supply @ 2 pounds of their jerky.
Cut your jerky into bite size pieces.
Label goods with your name, jerky name & protein type. 
Drop it off to Mini Bar on March 30 or 31st between 5-10 pm
$10 Entry Fee is WAVED for participants

Only accepting 25 entries (30 MAX!). So don't delay in signing up.
You are competing for 1st Place, Runner-up & People's Choice. Trophies & Prizes will be awarded. All who compete get BRAGGING RIGHTS!

Chef Emily Hahn- Warehouse & most recently Top Chef. Best brunch maker in Charleston. 5 years strong of judging jerky!
Cole Flodin- Magical Metal Worker & Mountain Man w/ a truly kick-ass palate. He's a bad boy w/ amazing hair. 5 years strong of judging jerky!
Bob Cook- Artisan Meat Share, Meat Genius.  We loved having him so much last year, we increased the Panel from 3 Pros to 4 this year! 
John Lewis- 2017 Guest Judge.  Lewis BBQ. ...Have you seen his Baby Blue El Camino?

Winners will be announced between 7-8 pm

Stick around after winners are announced to hear Charleston local, legendary Bill Wilson sing and play keys on our mini stage from 8-10pm.
